Refund Policy

At Astro Vastu Aura, we invest significant preparation—curriculum design, chart review materials, and live mentor time—into every workshop and course. This Refund Policy exists to balance fairness for students with the operational realities of scheduled live programs.

Please read this document carefully before enrolling. By completing payment, you agree to the cancellation timelines and conditions below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

For all live workshop and masterclass programs with a published start date, you may request a full refund of the program fee only if your written cancellation request is received at least seven (7) full calendar days before the workshop’s official start date and time (India Standard Time unless otherwise stated on your confirmation email).

Example: If a workshop begins on Saturday, 15 June 2026 at 10:00 AM IST, you must submit your cancellation by 11:59 PM IST on Friday, 7 June 2026 to qualify under this window.

• Requests received on day 6 or later before the start date are not eligible for a full refund under this standard window.
• The 7-day period is calculated from the timestamp of our receipt of your email or WhatsApp message, not from when you first considered cancelling.
• This window applies per enrollment; partial cancellation of bundle components may be handled proportionally only if agreed in writing.

To initiate a cancellation within the eligible window, you must:

1. Send an email to manisha.k.chandwani@gmail.com from your registered address, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96233 03438.
2. Include your full name, registered phone number, order/transaction reference, and the exact workshop or course name.
3. State clearly: “I request cancellation and refund under the 7-day policy.”

We will confirm receipt within 24–48 business hours. Keep your confirmation message for your records.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Review: Eligibility is verified against enrollment date, payment status, and the 7-day rule relative to workshop start.
• Processing: Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Credit timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider (UPI, card, net banking, international card), funds may appear in 5–14 additional business days.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever technically possible. We do not issue cash refunds unless explicitly agreed.

Payment gateway or currency conversion fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

Cancellations received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the live workshop start are generally non-refundable, because mentor time, platform seats, and preparatory materials are already allocated.

Limited exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion for:

• Documented medical emergencies or bereavement (proof may be requested).
• Workshop cancellation or material rescheduling initiated by Astro Vastu Aura.
• Duplicate charges or verified technical payment errors.

Exceptions, if granted, may be offered as credit toward a future program rather than cash refund, unless a full refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Once a live workshop has commenced—defined as the scheduled start time, regardless of whether you attended—no refund will be issued for that enrollment.

• No-shows are not eligible for refund or automatic transfer to a future cohort.
• Downloaded materials, replay access, or consultation sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
• Dissatisfaction with subjective spiritual or educational content does not constitute grounds for refund after the workshop has started, though we welcome constructive feedback.

Bundles: If you purchased a package containing multiple workshops, the 7-day rule is evaluated separately for each upcoming live component based on its individual start date. Completed or past components are non-refundable.

Installment plans: Cancelling within the 7-day window before the first live session may entitle you to a refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable deposit clearly disclosed at checkout. Future installments may be cancelled without charge if the enrollment is voided before access begins.

Discounts & coupons: Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts. Promotional bonuses (extra sessions, PDFs) are revoked upon refund.

Instead of a refund outside the 7-day window, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same workshop, subject to availability and a written approval from our team. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original start time. A transfer fee may apply for administrative costs.

Credits expire twelve (12) months from issue unless otherwise stated on your transfer confirmation.

One-on-one consultations follow separate scheduling terms:

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If the Academy cancels your slot, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling.

The 7-day workshop rule does not automatically apply to standalone consultations unless explicitly stated on the booking page.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment chargeback. Filing an unjustified chargeback after accessing live content or materials may result in permanent account suspension and recovery of associated fees. We will provide enrollment and attendance records to payment processors when disputing invalid claims.

Astro Vastu Aura may update this Refund Policy to reflect new program formats or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction, unless a change is required by law and benefits the consumer.
