These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “User”) and Astro Vastu Aura, operated by Manisha Chandwani (“Academy,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for a course, booking a consultation, accessing live workshops, or using any paid or free digital content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Astro Vastu Aura provides educational programs in Vedic astrology, kundli reading, Vastu Shastra, and related disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Live online masterclasses, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
• Recorded replays, study materials, and practice assignments where offered.
• One-on-one or group consultations and chart analysis sessions.
• Community Q&A, lead magnets, and promotional previews.

Content is for educational and spiritual guidance purposes. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, financial results, or medical/legal outcomes. You remain responsible for personal decisions made using information learned in our programs.

To access paid services, you must provide accurate registration information and maintain updated contact details.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent for minors.
• One account per individual unless we approve a shared organizational license in writing.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

Live sessions are a core part of the Astro Vastu Aura experience. The following rules apply to all participants joining via video conferencing or webinar platforms:

1. Punctuality: Join at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late entry may be restricted once instruction has begun to avoid disrupting the group.
2. Identity: Display your registered name on screen. Impersonation or sharing access links with non-enrolled persons is prohibited.
3. Conduct: Maintain respectful communication. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Participation: Cameras may be encouraged but are not always mandatory; microphones should be muted unless speaking. Raise hand or use chat as directed by the mentor.
5. Recording by participants: Students may not record, screenshot, redistribute, or publicly share live sessions unless explicit written permission is granted by the Academy.
6. Technical responsibility: Stable internet, compatible devices, and updated apps are your responsibility. We are not liable for missed content due to participant-side technical failures.
7. Rescheduling: If the Academy reschedules a session, enrolled students will receive notice and access to the new time or a reasonable substitute. Participant-initiated absences do not automatically entitle you to a private make-up unless stated in your program tier.
8. Consultation-specific rules: For private readings, provide accurate birth data in advance. No-shows without 24-hour notice may forfeit the session without reschedule.

All course materials—including live session recordings provided by the Academy, slide decks, PDFs, charts, mantras, proprietary frameworks, logos, and video replays—are the exclusive intellectual property of Astro Vastu Aura and/or Manisha Chandwani, protected by copyright and applicable laws.

Licensed use (limited): Upon payment and enrollment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view materials for your own learning during the access period specified for your program.

Prohibited uses:

• Copying, downloading (where not explicitly allowed), or distributing content to third parties.
• Uploading Academy materials to social media, file-sharing sites, or competing courses.
• Using content to train AI models or create derivative commercial products without written consent.
• Removing watermarks, copyright notices, or branding from any digital asset.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages. Official replays remain Academy property even if you appear on camera during live sessions.

Fees, installment plans, and bundle pricing are displayed at checkout. Access to digital content is granted after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, including the standard 7-day cancellation window before live workshops commence. No refund shall be interpreted as waiving our copyright restrictions on materials already accessed.

Students may hear personal stories or chart details shared by peers in live settings. You agree to treat others’ information as confidential and not disclose identifying details outside the classroom.

The Academy commits to handling your birth data and consultation notes with care, as described in our Privacy Policy. Astrological interpretations are opinions based on traditional systems and mentorship experience, not licensed professional advice.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to live platforms or websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Vastu Aura and its mentors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, copyright infringement, or conduct harmful to the community. Upon termination, your license to use materials ends immediately, though provisions on intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via written notice and direct communication before pursuing formal remedies. Courts in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your region.
